17-4PH stainless steel round steel description

17-4PH(05Cr17Ni4CuNb) steel, is a kind of Cr17 martensitic stainless steel based on the development of low carbon martensitic precipitation hardening type stainless steel, due to the low carbon content in the matrix, corrosion resistance and weldability are better than other martensitic stainless steel, and close to some austenitic stainless steel, and has good comprehensive mechanical properties. It can be widely used in high-tech fields such as aviation, aerospace chemistry and nuclear industry. Our company produces the die forging products of this material, and the delivery state is solid solution aging heat treatment after forging, which is mainly used for the production and processing of aviation high temperature and high pressure fan blade manufacturing.

17-4PH is precipitated, hardened, martensitic stainless steel composed of copper, sharp /. This grade features high strength, hardness (up to 300°C/572 "F) and resistance to corrosion. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the product are more perfect, and can reach a compressive strength of up to 1100-130 pa (160-190 ksi). This grade cannot be used above 300 "C(572°F) or at very low temperatures, and it has good corrosion resistance to the atmosphere and diluted acids or salts.
